On March 28, 3009 I updated the checkout process for my color analysis services. Due to an oversight on my part, I forgot to check a portion of my update which would have prevented it from showing up on my "What's New" page. Because of that, the questionnaire appears all by itself and it is only supposed to be accessed after you have paid for the particular color analysis (either the Full Color Analysis which includes the swatch for $89.95 or the ColorFast Analysis for $39.95). Because of this I have been swamped with questionnaires and photos wanting an analysis done but with the assumption that it is free. But it's not. I apologize for this mistake but it doesn't look like I can delete the entry so I wanted to add this note about the cost of the Analysis. I am working on an automatic program which which you can fill out the questionnaire for free and it will give a probability of your season, though of course to be 100 sure you would need the professional analysis done by me). However this is still in the creation stage. Again, please accept my apology for any confusion this has caused anyone. Sincerely, Lora Alexander
