The Diamond Face Shape

How to determine the Diamond face shape:

•The chin is pointed

•The cheekbones are wide and often high and pointed

•The face is well balanced vertically

•The cheekbones are the widest part of the face

GOAL: The aim is to broaden the forehead and the jawline and not to make the cheekbone area look any wider. It's all about balance.

•If the hair is long it needs to have volume at the jawline

•It can be either long or short

•The hair is usually best at the cheekbones if it is close

•Styles with loose hair around the face should have symmetrical lines

•Very short styles

•Center parts

•Fullness near the ears

•Close cut hair at the temples

•Too much height on top of the head

•Choose full looking hats with large brims

•The best shapes are those that are narrower on the upper side and wider on the lower side

•Frames with soft gentle curves

•Frames with attention seeking focal points above the eye line

•Do not hide the cheekbones

•Styles that add width

•Tear drop styled

•Pear shapes

•Triangle shapes
